31-Day Blog Challenge Day 12

What’s in my Fridge?

My fridge is a little bare today, but here you go!frig13a

Milk. I drink milk in my tea. I love milk in my tea, and always have since I lived in Wales. We have almond milk as well for smoothies.

Cheese. It’s pretty much a staple at our house. We love cheese with wine and fruit.

There’s some white wine in the fridge along with a couple of ciders as well.

We stock-up with lots of veggies. We have broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions and carrots (mostly for the dogs).  Fruit too. Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apples and pears

I have a variety of vegetarian meat substitutes. Some made from soy and others made from wheat protein.

Eggs. Scrambled, fried, hard-boiled, deviled—yes, please.

Greek yogurt. Mostly used for smoothies. Costco’s Jalapeño Greek yogurt dip is awesome!

Butter for baking and cooking. Vegetarian spread for bread.

Peanut butter for humans and peanut butter for dogs. J

Condiments. Most all of them.

Yeast. Because I bake bread.

Almond flour for baking gluten-free. I’m told it has to be refrigerated.

Tortillas.

That’s it. Does anyone want to come for dinner?
